Eamonn MallonBefore joining Profile in 1996, Eamonn completed his studies in Catering at the Omagh College in Northern Ireland and relocated to London where his career encompassed the London Tara Hotel, Hilton International and Pret a Manger respectively. Eamonn's hotel experience ranged from Room Service to Restaurants; initiating training departments to openings and implementing new standards at managerial level. Eamonn first worked in the Restaurant division of Profile before taking over the Food and Beverage division where he describes his work as "extremely diverse with no two days the same" working on some of Profile's most exacting assignments for top hotel chains and individual establishments. With a client list of the "who's who" in the hotel industry, Eamonn sources candidates who demonstrate consistency and progression in their careers. Eamonn is well travelled and in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the needs of our clients, he has made a number of business trips on behalf of Profile, visiting many of our clients in the Middle east. UK and International assignments handled include Corporate/Area F&B positions, Executive Assistant Mangers i/c F&B, Food & Beverage Directors, F&B Managers and Assistant Managers as well as Restaurant Managers (co-handled with Jayne Lintern).

Suzanne RichardsSuzanne spent 10 years in some of the UK's most renowned and deluxe hotels. She originally trained in her native Northern Ireland, gaining the professional HCIMA qualification in Belfast. Her industry experience encompassed Gleneagles in Scotland and The Lygon Arms Hotel Broadway, before moving to London where she joined The Park Lane Hotel and latterly The Savoy as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. Suzanne joined Profile in 1997 handling Senior Management, Food & Beverage, Restaurants, Catering and some other related fields. In 2002, she relocated to the USA with her husband who took up a new posting with an incentive company. Suzanne is in contact with Profile colleagues daily and assists on candidate searches. |
