Mandy Colley

Mandy joined Profile in November 2000 and is originally from Dublin. Starting her career with the Irish Group Great Southern Hotels, she then relocated to London and spent 14 years working with such companies as InterContinental and Radisson SAS. She held positions in Executive Housekeeping before being selected by RadissonSAS as Human Resources Manager. In line with so many of her Profile colleagues, Mandy has a real interest and passion for the Hospitality Industry and has travelled extensively in Europe as well as in North Africa, Asia, Australia, Iceland and USA.

At Profile, Mandy is responsible for all our Human Resource placements at senior management, regional and corporate level both in the UK and Internationally. As an active member of the HCPTA, Mandy also remains closely involved with the continual professional development of the Human Resource discipline, providing us with an invaluable link to HR specialists, many of whom are a key point of contact for job registrations.

Chief Engineering and Housekeeping positions also fall under Mandy's remit and she handles assignments for Human Resource & Training Directors, Personnel Managers and Assistant Managers, Housekeepers - Executive and Assistants and Chief Engineers.

Kim Dunsmore

A graduate of Edinburgh University with an M.A. in American Studies, Kim entered the hospitality industry when she worked part-time in reception for the Paramount Group whilst still a student. After graduation, Kim became Head Receptionist of Garvock House, a small townhouse hotel in her home town of Dunfermline, before moving to London and joining the Profile team in April 2004.

In addition to the vital role of assisting in the day-to-day running of the Rooms Division, HR, Housekeeping and Engineering, and Spa & Leisure sector, Kim carries out detailed research to ensure that Profile has its finger firmly on the industry pulse and allowing our clients access to a continually updated selection of thoroughly researched high quality candidates.
