Our mission is for Profile to become your first choice when selecting a specialist consultancy for management appointments in the luxury hospitality industry. Committed to providing our clients and candidates with the highest level of service possible at all times, we operate world-wide from offices in London, Paris and New York. You will be able to draw on the experience we have gained over a quarter of a century's experience in our specialist field; also from the knowledge of our team of long standing consultants. The majority of the team has benefited from having had careers in Hotels & Restaurants working for companies, which in several cases have become important clients.

In our role as business partners with our clients, we aim to provide decisive and proactive advice in order to help our clients achieve their objectives when recruiting experienced management; an outstanding client list including many of the world's top hotel brands testifies to this.

Profile's focus remains on the upscale end of the Hospitality Industry. In addition to working closely with many leading independent hotels, Profile also has a preferred agreement with a number of top hotel companies, including Ritz-Carlton, Rosewood, Fairmont, St Regis, Oberoi, Shangri-la, Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental, Jumeirah International and Raffles.

In 2002 Profile was invited to be an IndeCorp Business Partner in its Recruitment Business Partner Program, which identifies and qualifies selected forms that IndeCorp recommends to its brand member hotel owners and operators. This valued business relationship provides special access to IndeCorps' brands and member hotels that include Preferred Hotels & Resorts World-wide, Summit Hotels & Resorts and Sterling Hotels & Resorts, representing 350 hotels and resorts in 35 countries. We are also privileged to maintain a close working relationship with Leading Hotels of the World and are proud to have been associated with the appointment of well over 30 of their General Managers.
