Patrick Leblanc, VP North America has represented Profile in New York since 2007, mainly focusing on Sales, Marketing and PR Appointments working from his New Jersey base.

From 2010, taking on new responsibility as Area Director, he now heads up all assignments in our specialist recruitment fields at Executive Committee level, playing an important part in the continued development of Profile’s global network through close contact with our offices in London, Paris and Shanghai offices.

A native of France, Patrick has over 25 years experience in the luxury hotel industry in a number of key international destinations including Paris, The Bahamas and New York and he has worked in a number of the world’s finest properties including Le Bristol and Le Crillon in Paris, One&Only Ocean Club - Paradise Island, The Plaza New York and at The Lowell, endowing him with valuable, first hand experience of the luxury hotel sector.

Patrick has a tremendous passion for the hotel industry and lives in New Jersey with his wife and son with private interests including international travel, skiing and gardening.
