Recruitment Policy & Confidentiality

As a matter of policy, we establish the definite interest of a candidate prior to the submission of their papers. Maintaining the confidentiality of candidates remains of prime importance to us and no papers should be submitted to any third party without our prior approval.

Profile invests heavily in getting to know its candidates world-wide but in the event that we have not interviewed an individual in person, we would always make this clear. You may be interested to refer to the BHA Courtesy in Recruitment Campaign, an initiative in which Profile was a founding member; we also have our own internal credo of professionalism:
