Fee Structure

Profile's fee, which is payable by the employers is calculated as a percentage of the gross salary package in accordance with the following schedule:

Gross Salary Package Rate
Salaries from £ 30,000 / $ 45,000	25 %
Salaries under £ 30,000 / $ 45,000	20 %

Preferential terms and fixed/capped fees are available in return for client loyalty, exclusive agreements and in cases where a retainer of at least 25 % of the final fee is paid at the outset of the assignment.

"Exclusive" will mean that Profile is given a minimum of 21 days world-wide sole agency.
