Elsa Maitrehenry  
Avant de rejoindre Profile en septembre 2005, Elsa a obtenu
un BTS de gestion hôtelière au Lycée de Saint
Quentin en Yvelines. A l’issue de cette formation, Elsa
décide de partir 6 mois à Londres pour perfectionner
son anglais, elle y restera 5 ans. Elle rejoint tout d’abord
le Sheraton Skyline en restauration. Un an plus tard, elle obtient
le poste de Room Service Manager au Ramada Heathrow qui deviendra
par la suite le Renaissance London Heathrow et sera rapidement
promue Assistante Directeur de Restauration de cet hôtel
de 645 chambres sacré meilleur «conference hotel».
En 1998, Elsa rejoint le groupe Starwood et part pour la Chine
où elle effectuera l’ouverture du Sheraton Nanjing
en qualité de Responsable des Restaurants. Elsa est ensuite
transférée au Sheraton Tbilissi en République
de Géorgie où pendant plus de 3 ans elle assistera
le Directeur de la Restauration dans la restructuration des différents
départements et sera notamment responsable de la formation
et du recrutement des équipes. Elsa part ensuite aux Philippines
et à la suite de la naissance de son fils Logan, elle
profitera de son congé maternité pour étudier
l’histoire des Philippines qu'elle enseignera par la suite à un
groupe d’expatriés vivant dans le pays.
En 2005 Elsa décide de rentrer en France et forte de
son expérience opérationnelle de près de
12 ans en restauration elle rejoint l’équipe de
Profile Paris pour prendre en charge le recrutement dans son
domaine de prédilection.
Véritable globe-trotter, Elsa voue une réelle
passion à la découverte de nouveaux pays et des
autochtones qui y vivent. D'un tempérament extrêmement
dynamique, elle est chaleureuse et dotée un grand sens
de la qualité et du service.

Elsa Maitrehenry
Prior to joining Profile in September 2005, Elsa graduated from
St Quentin en Yvelines in Hotel Management. Following her graduation,
Elsa decided to go to the United Kingdom for a 6-month period
in order for her to improve her English, and remained there for
5 years. She initially joined the Sheraton Skyline in Food & Beverage
before accepting the role of Room-Service Manager at the Ramada
Heathrow, which later became the Renaissance London Heathrow
(Marriott). She was then promoted to Assistant Food & Beverage
Director in this 645 room hotel which was awarded "Best
UK Conference Hotel" 3 years in a row. In 1998, Elsa, who
loves to travel, decided to leave England, and joined Starwood
in China for the opening of the Sheraton Nanjing as Outlets Manager.
Following this experience she was transferred to the Sheraton
Tbilisi, in the Republic of Georgia and held the position of
Assistant Food & Beverage Director for over 3 years with
the responsibility of restructuring the F&B department particularly
in charge of training and recruitment.
In 2003 Elsa left for the Philippines, where she enjoyed her
maternity leave and used her free time to learn and then teach
the history of this beautiful country to many foreign visitors.
In 2005 she returned to France, and with her solid Food & Beverage
experience under her belt, she joined the Profile team of Consultants
in Paris.
A true "globe-trotter", Elsa has a real passion
for the discovery of new countries, local people and their ways
of life. Of an extremely dynamic temperament, she has a warm
and outgoing personality with a great sense of quality and service.
