Mark Norris
Group Managing Director
Mark was educated in the UK and after working for several years
in Restaurants, he joined the Savoy Group in London and Paris. He
then moved to Hilton International to later rejoin The Savoy in
London as a member of the Executive Committee.
Mark has now been with Profile since 1984 and during this time
he has had the privilege of getting to know hotel industry leaders
from literally all around the world. Based in London, he handles
senior appointments alongside his co-directors Liz Hartstone and
Michèle Alguacil (Paris), also keeping closely in touch with
Profile's specialist recruitment divisions.
With a great interest in the hotel and travel industry, Mark has
travelled extensively around the globe meeting clients and candidates
and visiting the establishments that Profile represents. Married
with two children, private interests include Opera, Sailing, Golf,
Gardening and International travel. Mark is a member of the HCIMA
and completed Cranfield University's BGP Programme. |

Liz Hartstone
Managing Director, London
Liz joined the company in 1988 from Four Seasons. Initially Liz
was responsible for Rooms Division Appointments encompassing Housekeeping
and Engineering growing the division to a team of 4 Consultants.
She rapidly progressed within the company being promoted to Director
in 1993. As a result of extensive travel throughout the UK and internationally,
representing Profile at Industry conferences and events, Liz has
continued to broaden her network of contacts allowing her to widen
her recruitment activities to include Senior Management Appointments.
One area she has gained particular expertise in is the Caribbean,
through regular attendance of CHIC (the Caribbean Hotel Industry
Conference) as well as various island-hopping trips.
In addition to handling General Management appointments from as
far a field as Australia to Zanzibar and closer to home in London
and the rest of the UK, Liz heads the London Team, sharing her extensive
knowledge of the hotel industry world-wide.
Liz who graduated from Westminster College with a BTEC HND, is
a fellow of the HCIMA and an active member of the Caribbean Hotel
Association.

Michèle Alguacil
Managing Director
After graduating from the Ecole Hotelière de Strasbourg,
Michèle held a number of senior positions with InterContinental
Hotels over a period of more than twenty years including Vice President
of Human Resources for Europe, Middle East and Africa. In the course
of her hotel career, Michèle travelled extensively visiting
hotels playing an important role in opening a number of InterCon's
key properties, many of which have become international icons. Michèle
was instrumental in the opening of Profile's Paris office in 1993
and in addition to leading her team, she remains closely involved
handling senior appointments in conjunction with Mark and Liz.

With over 25 years experience in Human Resources and Executive Search in the hospitality and services industries, Corinne Winter-Rousset joins Profile as Vice President of Business Development for the global client network. Previously the Divisional Director EMEA & The Americas at a specialist recruiter for just under 6 years, she has also served as Vice President HR EMEA for Citadines Apart'Hotels Europe (now Ascott Group), VP HR Europe for Choice Hotels and Director of HR Operations for Disneyland Paris and Director of Training & Development for Ernst & Young Europe.
Having also previously served for several years as Managing Director of HLR Associates in Paris, France, an Executive Search firm, part of the IMC Group of Companies (New York), Corinne has a strong track record in client development, communications and senior appointments as well as a vast personally established network of contacts worldwide.

Nimi Taylor
Admin/Research Assistant
After completing her OND in Hotel & Catering Operations, Nimi started in Reception at Trust House Forte’s (1000 room) Regent Palace Hotel. She then moved to The Berner’s Hotel, eventually joining The Ritz, where she was promoted through Front Office becoming the first female Reception Manager. After leaving The Ritz, Nimi became Reception Manager at the world renowned brand consultancy, Wolff Olins.
Nimi took a family career break, during which time she got involved with a National Charity; Volunteer Reading Help, offering 1-2-1 reading assistance to children within a local Primary school. She also learned to play the violin, qualified as a Complementary Massage Therapist, which she still practices. She joined Profile in 2008, as Assistant to Liz Hartstone and supporting the Senior Division.
