Profile Senior Executive Coaching

Profile’s Leadership Development through Executive Coaching for clients is now led by our long-term friend and associate in New York, Jean Claude Noel. John Claude is also the President of Atrium Consulting and a member of EXCN, Executive Coaching Network.

French born and a United States citizen living in New York since 1991, Jean Claude Noel has lived on three continents and has conducted business in different industries and in every part of the world. In addition to his deep understanding of cross-cultural environments, Jean Claude brings to Executive Coaching a real life global experience at Board level and an educational background in Consulting and Coaching based on Clinical Organizational Psychology. In 2001, building on his keen interest in the human aspects of organizations, he participated in the first INSEAD/HEC program in Consulting and Coaching for Change and, with a thesis on ‘The Human Dimension of Change’, he obtained the HEC Specialized Masters in Consulting and Coaching with Honors. Since then, he has joined the INSEAD Global Leadership Center as Executive-in-Residence, participating in various Executive and Company Specific Programs held at Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses, as Executive Coach and Program Leader.

He is a founding member of the International Clinical Coaching Organization (ICCO) and a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO). He is also an accredited practitioner with Insights. He currently serves on the Advisory Board for Right Management in New York and was on the Conference Board Advisory Board for the 2004 Conference on Executive Coaching in New York. In 2004 he was also a guest speaker on the subject of ‘Leadership through Executive Coaching’ at the International Conference of the Association of Career Professionals in Venice and in October 2005 he was a keynote speaker at the British Hospitality Association’s 3rd Annual Recruitment Conference – “Building a Winning Team” held at the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), a few minutes walk from Profile’s Covent Garden Offices.

His most recent corporate role was on the Board of Christie's International as Group Chief Operating Officer, position he held until the end of 2004, also overseeing Human Resources with a focus on Organizational Transformation and Leadership Development. In his previous assignment on the Management Board of TNT Express Worldwide as Senior Vice President-International he held overall business responsibility for the Americas, Asia/Pacific and Middle East/Africa, based in New York. Following the acquisition of TNT by Dutch group KPN and the creation of TNT Post Group (TPG) a leading organization in Mail, Logistics and Express, he became a member of the Integration Review Board. As part of his responsibility for Mergers and Acquisitions, he also directed the integration of various subsidiaries as Chief Executive Officer, following a major acquisition. Jean Claude has an extensive background in Hospitality, including seven years on the Board of Hilton International as Vice President-Western Europe and Africa, based in Paris and Senior Vice President, the Americas based in New York.
