Jayne Lintern

Jayne was born and raised in London and has been with Profile since 1978. Prior to joining us, she worked in Sales at the Head Office of Commonwealth Holiday Inns.

Reponsible for our UK Chefs Division, Jayne works on assignments ranging from Executive Chef down to Sous Chef level as well as Restaurant Managers. Given the explosion of new Restaurants and Hotels within the UK in the past few years, Jayne is continuously searching for suitable experienced chefs and deals not only with contemporary London and Michelin Star Restaurants, but also with upscale hotels and luxury country house properties.

Jayne draws on the expertise of our overseas offices when recruiting candidates with international experience for the UK and she herself has also travelled extensively with visits to the Far East, USA, Mauritius and Europe.
