Naomi Crossley
Born and raised in Dublin, Naomi attended Dublin Catering College
where she obtained a diploma in Hotel Management. Her first hotel
experience after college was at the highly acclaimed Ballymaloe
House Hotel, a family run hotel attached to the renowned cookery
school run by Darina Allen.
Naomi relocated to London where she joined the Front Office team
at the Four Seasons, working with Liz Hartstone who she was later
to rejoin at Profile in 1992.
Naomi is responsible for our International Chef Appointments and
over the years has travelled extensively to meet her clients and
candidates. A regular attendee of the Caribbean Hotel Industry Conference
with Liz, Naomi has visited various islands, enabling her to gain
a better understanding of the special needs of the region.
Naomi covers a wide selection of international chef assignments
and handles Executive Chefs, Head Chefs, Executive Sous Chefs, Gourmet
Chefs, Italian Chefs, Pastry Chefs and other culinary experts. |
